A Heterogeneous neuromorphic chip simulates human brain, having arithmetic computing cores and multi-core neuromorphic computing cores respectively for arithmetical and neural operations, just like left and right brain to logical and imaginal thinking.

Its clock speed is 100MHz, with 100MOPS of arithmetical operations performance and 6.25MOPs of neural operations performance.

Extremely low power.

It could be applied widely to embedded AI systems.
